John and Edie were delightful to have as listing agents for our lakefront home. They are friendly and confident as well a very professional. They set up an open house for the realtors as well as an open house for the public. John is an expert negotiator and did his best to get the most for our home. They were very helpful and took care of things that many realtors would have asked me to do. For instance, John went to the home after the inspection and tested the hot tub and fireplace to verify that they were working. They represented us during the inspection while we were out of town. They set up for someone to clean the house and let them in so I didn?t have to be there. There are probably things that I don?t even know about that they just took care of. One or the other of them was always available and in constant contact with us throughout the selling process. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are especially knowledgeable regarding lakefront properties!
